What a client needs to arrange before SHE Technologies can set up and integrate the WhatsApp Business API.
Monthly fee
Client will pay Rs. 10,000/- per month against one mobile number.
SIM number
Client should have a SIM number on their smart phone device.
Active & registered
The mobile number should be active in a mobile device and registered on the Business WhatsApp app.
No personal or golden numbers
This is a third-party API — WhatsApp can ban the number anytime if it looks like it's being used for promotional or marketing purposes.
Ban risk if ignoredScan QR code
Once the number is registered on Business WhatsApp, Once you need to come on anydesk/ultra viewer to scan the WhatsApp QR code on our portal.
2-day ERP integration
Once everything above is done, we need 2 days to integrate the WhatsApp API with the ERP.
Stay under 150–200 msgs/day
Best approach is to send 150–200 messages per day to avoid a WhatsApp ban.
