Ultra WhatsApp API — Setup Requirements
What a client needs to arrange before SHE Technologies can set up and integrate the WhatsApp Business API.

| 1 | Monthly Subscription | A monthly fee of Rs. 10,000/- per mobile number will apply. |
| 2 | Dedicated SIM | The client must provide a dedicated SIM number inserted in a smartphone for the integration. |
| 3 | Active WhatsApp Business Account | The mobile number must be active, accessible, and registered with WhatsApp Business before integration. |
| 4 | Number Eligibility | Personal, premium, or golden numbers are not recommended. As this integration operates through a third-party WhatsApp API, WhatsApp may restrict or suspend a number if its usage does not comply with WhatsApp's policies, particularly for promotional or marketing activity. |
| 5 | QR Code Authentication | After registering the number on WhatsApp Business, the client will connect with our team via AnyDesk or UltraViewer to complete the QR code authentication through our portal. |
Important Notes
Integration Timeline: Once everything above is completed, we need 2 days to integrate the WhatsApp API with the ERP.
Best Practice: Send 150–200 messages per day to avoid WhatsApp restrictions or bans.
Important: All charges may change based on Meta (WhatsApp) pricing updates or fluctuations in the USD exchange rate.
