DKIM Record

Why DNS records matter: These records prove you control the domain and allow recipient servers to trust your emails.

Approval Timeline: Zoho typically approves accounts within 24–48 hours after all requirements are submitted.

Account Suspension Risk: Sending marketing emails, bulk campaigns, or emails from unverified lists will result in immediate account suspension with no refund.

Bounce & Complaint Monitoring: Keep bounce rates below 5% and complaint rates below 0.1%. High rates trigger automatic suspension.

Re-authentication: You may need to re-verify your domain if you change DNS providers or if DNS records are removed.

Free Tier Limits: Free accounts have sending limits (typically 1,000–3,000 emails/month). Upgrade to paid plans for higher volumes.
