Refund Policy
Thank you for taking the services of SHE Technologies! Following are the conditions for the refund process.
- If, for any reason, your satisfaction with our product is not met or there are issues concerning its functionality as demanded then rest assured that
we're here to help. We'll refund 100% of your purchase price.
- We want to make sure that you are happy with the quality of our installation, but in case we haven’t done installation we will give a 100% installation.
- Secondly, if we have completed installation of the software and haven’t done training yet, then 80% of the amount will be refunded to the client.
- Thirdly, if we have completed the process of training and have started data entry into the system, in this case client will be able to take 50% refund of the
total amount.
- The above given point is enabled when there is a contract or advance of less than 2 months.
- If the contracted time is more than 2 months then company will not offer refund.
- Company will provide the module which was contracted with the client, in case we haven’t completed the project according to the contract then company will provide 100% refund.
