• Members availability timing for visit

Unique Complaint # will be assigned against each Complaint / Inquiry

Assignment & working :

Assign complaint / inquiry to respective supervisor.
Setting priority of complaint /Inquiry.
Working against the complaint / inquiry.
Update Status & Remarks against each complaint.
